I went in for a hair color and cut. The color that the student did looks great. My cut was done by one of the instructors and I wanted Layers. They are super uneven and choppy, I tried styling them when I got home and they still look so awful. I don’t understand how someone with 20 years of experience did this to my hair. I hope I can get this fixed or my money back.

I like to get a hair cut here but I am super nervous. I read a lot of great and horrible reviews. I have had my hair cut 3 times and I lost half my hair 2 years ago so I am majorly protective. Also I want to get Mt daughters hair cut it is stunted curly hair that don’t want to grow it took 12 years and she finally has it at her shoulders that said her hair being cut gives her anxiety as well she even pulled it out when stressed when she was 7. I wish I knew a really great confident experienced student that could help!!!

I would have given this place 5 stars but it was a little sketchy coming in, needs a TOTAL facelift but the students are great and worked so well together. Took off 7 inches and colored my hair. I can see why this place hasn’t had a ton of reviews, I was desperate to get my hair cut and almost didn’t go in, glad I did! Bri, Marbella and Eli were amazing! They love what they’re doing and are great!

What a terrible experience. I went in because I broke my hand and can no longer style my hair. I asked about getting a perm. Big mistake! I am worse off now than when I went in. I look terrible! I tried a school because I have zero income with my broken hand. It was cheap but still more than I had. My hair looks nothing like the photo. Someone told me that the instructors over saw the girls, which was absolutely NOT true. The instructor seemed more interested in telling the girls about her cheerleading days. They are not teaching them to be professional there at all! I heard the F word being flung around more than a dozen times! Super unprofessional. I actually came home and cried my hair looks so terrible. I will now need to find money somehow to go somewhere else to see if they can fix this really frizzy mess. I also asked for a cut, and the girl barely even trimmed it… she seemed terrified to do anything. And NO I was not mean to her. I tried to be very nice and even tipped her. She herself was a sweet girl and was trying but should have had much more actual training. I blame the supervisors that were doing nothing at all! No professionalism at all. You should never be swearing like a sailor in front of clients! Terrible experience!
