Heidy was my nail technician and I will be asking for her every time! She was so attentive and asked constantly if there was anything she needed to change (and she GENUINELY meant it!!) we changed the color of the acrylic base after she did one nail because it wasn’t the right color and she changed it HAPPILY. Such a sweet lady and a great nail artist.

The older gentleman who has a rope tied around his finger when he uses the nail file was so extremely polite and sweet. I feel bad for leaving a bad review for him but he has no business doing nails. When i first walked in i was asked what i needed. I said i needed a full and she told me to sit down. ONE HOUR LATER, i was finally asked to sit down.
I don’t think I’ve ever had my nails look so atrocious. I showed him a picture of the shape I wanted and he was so far off that I Told him just to file them down to make it easy for him. He was understanding. Was understanding. He has 0 clue How to file around cuticles. The the acrylic gel is piled up near my cuticles and the Polish is also piled up around my cuticles. I will definitely have to get my nails redone in a few days. I am so scared to analyze all my nails. I used to come here over a year ago and until Kelly got so upset with me when I was not happy with my nails. She told me that her and her workers are sick and tired of people complaining and they are never happy. I gently reminded her that she is in the nail service business and we pay to have professional nail artists do our nails. I thought I would give this place a try again since I lost my nail guy. I’m definitely going to be on the hunt for a new place again.

I had the best pedicure (#2) experience the other day. The leg massage was awesome. I’m recovering from knee surgery and three days later my leg is still feeling great. My technician was Heidi, she also did a great job on my hard gel manicure. Heidi, you rock.

My sister just came from this nail shop simply wanting a soak off and the lady was pressuring her to get a manicure. Then they run out of white (you know the color that is heavily in demand). Then she applies dip on her nail even though it was supposed to be a regular manicure. Then really tries to charge her for a manicure after she just decided to take everything off and leave with the soak off. As well as this 50 yr old lady is arguing with a 19 yr old… really sad. I never do reviews but this was absolutely insane and one of the worst nail shops I’ve ever seen. DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
