Great spot, love the design and shape of my nails! The women who helped me were friendly and went the extra mile staying late, not rushing through my set at the end of the day!! Definitely recommend!!

Horrible experience. I was handed off from one person to another. Was told they can’t do dip on long nails only short. Then the next person who did acrylic didn’t even check with me about colors, just dumped huge sections on pink on my nails. I was transferred off again to a kid with no knowledge of how to do nails who didn’t file down the clumps, only added more and then rolled his eyes when I asked him to file them down. Nails were supposed to be bright pink and white ombré, with a butterfly sticker. Nails look like regular clear acrylic and they are bumpy with large bumps and sharp dots from the incorrect sticker application. To top it off super expensive. Save your money and time and go someone else. How have to find another nail salon to fix nails.

It was a great salon recommended by a friend, staff was nice and did great work. My nails hurt now but I haven’t done nails in years but glad I came to this salon they did exactly as the picture I showed them

Each time I have been since I returned to Avondale this past year the service was great. The staff is wonderful my go to is Hannah for my hands and Tom for my feet. Fe and Mimi are amazing as well. They keep everything really clean in the shop and there is a pleasant atmosphere. I always make appointments, I have only had to wait one time for a few minutes.

Had an appointment at 10 am wHannah. Got there at 9:50 am Hannah (one of the owners) was finishing w/a client , or so I thought. I look up its 10:07 Hannah’s walking out the door w/her purse. I was shocked and confused . She comes back 16 minutes later w/a little boy I’m assuming it’s her son. She sits at her station & continues working on the client that’s still sitting/waiting there. I give her about 10-15 minutes more then I get up to see what’s going on. She was still drilling the ladies nails. I asked how much longer she said 10 minutes I said I had a 10 o’clock appointment-she said sorry. I said don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them this is ridiculous & walked out. This is how one of the owners treat their customers. I’ll NEVER go back.
