Owner is probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Made a courtesy call to her business to inform her of some mail I received. Accused me of lying, you’re right lady I drew your business out of a hat to call. Please. Can’t imagine her in person. Hung up.on me while I was explaining why I called, even though she knew from my voice-mail. Definitely won’t recommend this business to ANYONE. Don’t come at me, I’m sure she’s great to people who give her money for her overpriced merchandise lol

Edit to respond to continued rudeness: My 4 year old opened it, and I called immediately and you did not answer that day you called me a week later. I never cussed, and I never got loud. You were rude from the moment I answered the phone. I was trying to do the right thing, and you had attitude from moment one. You can try and paint it with rose colored glasses, but I know exactly what happened during our call. You were on speaker in my office, and my boss was also offended by your attitude. So don’t come on here trying to save face. You had an attitude and were not even the slightest bit interested in my explanation nor assistance.

I have been a client of Julie’s since she came to Terre Haute. I won’t go anywhere else. I always get the gel manicure and have never been disappointed. During her maternity leave I went somewhere else and the gel chipped or peeled off within 3 days. I have never had that happen with Julie’s application. Her little boutique is pretty awesome too. She has lots of different things that you wouldn’t find anywhere else And she makes most of the earrings she sells. Check Julie and Savvy out…..you won’t be disappointed

Julie is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever been to. Her place is inviting, clean and friendly. Not only do I get my nails done I get to chat with a friend while doing so. Highly recommend her to everyone!!
