I’ll start by saying I’ve never left a review, but I wanted to stop this from happening to anyone else. My mom and I are both returning customers of this salon and haven’t had an issue until the last encounter here. I asked for a balayage, and the bleach wasn’t applied properly in areas causing stripes. I asked them to fix it and they scheduled me with the same girl. She said she could fix it so I trusted her. I left the salon with my hair looking worse than the first time. I then tried to wait it out for two weeks to get over it, but was still very upset with my hair. So I finally called to ask for a refund and I was told they don’t give refunds they only try to fix the hair. I said I already came in to have it fixed and I left with it looking substantially worse than the initial encounter. My only option was to come in for a second fix which I won’t be doing. I have been growing my hair out for 8 years and take great care of it, so naturally I didn’t want to return to a salon that has now allowed me to leave twice with my hair looking the way it has. The money is now lost for an awful product that I would really like to get fixed elsewhere. What I would have liked to have happened would be that they scheduled me with a higher level stylist to actually fix my hair the first time instead of just damaging it further and making it worse. Then, if they couldn’t, refund me the money so I could use it for someone who can. I shouldn’t have to keep going to the same salon for a fix that should have been done properly the first and second time. Now I’m out the money I spent here and left with damaged, ugly hair that will be challenging and expensive to fix. So, just know if this salon messes up your hair it may not get fixed and you won’t be getting a refund regardless of your satisfaction with their services even if you’re a loyal customer. I decided I would leave pictures which I believe speak for themselves.

I will never go to another salon again. I have thick long hair to my butt, no one can ever cut it right! Maddy green did an amazing job with my cut as well as color even though I had been using black box dye for 2 years! She did an amazing job getting it as light as she could. Besides the great job done on my hair, the place is very professional & so cute on the inside! Lighting matters & they know it!

I was referred by a friend to maddy and she does amazing she’s always sweet and kind make sure im comfortable with everything I get done . She did my perm and it came out amazing . I left my barber of 12 years and keep coming back . Highly recommend this salon ❤️

Felt so relaxed as if I had joined the day spa. I went in for a hair color and stayed for the shampoo! Such an amazingly classy business with professional staff. I love that I can say I found my new stylist!! I am so happy!!
