If you are expecting to get the membership and get in monthly don’t count on it. Worst customer service, their call center is where you call, they have no authority whatsoever. I bought my husband a valentine $175 GC, two months and could not get him in, we had to go to San Antonio and then my husband bought into the membership not knowing that our location in Kyle can’t hold their side of the bargain and now we are here in June playing phone tag with the location he signed up as because they say you have to cancel with that location, called corporate and nothing, they all say leave your information and will call you back; ALL LIES. Never has anyone called me back, two months of consistent calling and numerous employees taking my info and NOT ONCE. This all feels like a scam to lock you in a contract and take your money. NOT worth the headache, best go to an independent company that stands behind what they say and not over promise and under deliver.
Bank has been notified and this company is blocked from future charges. DONE.

Manager at this location was not at all helpful. Already had a negative attitude when I requested a credit transfer due to my son moving out of Kyle/ Austin area. The previous manager was very helpful with the same request when my daughter moved out of the country. Been a member for many, many years I guess that didnt matter. I would’ve still used the credits and tipped. Will never use this location again. Very disappointed in the managers customer service.

Went for a microdermabrasion facial and lip scrub. It was my first time getting a facial. I am a big advocate of wearing my natural skin and being makeup free.
The process was so smoothe and easy from checkin to checkout. Very clean and sterile environment. They are thorough about making sure you are healthy and able to receive treatment and address all skin concerns.
I had Mahkenzie who was super gentle and thorough. She made the environment relaxing and comfortable addressing all skin concerns and even the ones I didn’t notice. I got a noticeable result without heavy manipulation of my skin.

Had a facial today, I forget her name ( I think started with an M) but she was AMAZING. Hands of an angel. Super relaxing and friendly experience as soon as I walked in. Receptionist was also such a sweat heart. Felt nothing but refreshed leaving. My boy friend even commented on how good my skin looked! He doesn’t notice much so that’s a huge compliment lol!!! Thank you so much Massage envy❤️

If there was a ZERO star option I would give that 👎 my card on file expired and they kept calling for payment, I told them “I have moved out of the area, and just cancel my membership, please! and that I will not be updating my payment method” Without my permission, they contacted my card company and somehow withdrew $360 from a card I didn’t even have on file. Thier call center is in the caymen Islands or something like that. I asked to speak to a local manager and never got a call back, fortunately I was able to file a fraud claim and get my money back. Crooked business/company it seems like, without a doubt. Massage Envy is wrong for going behind my back after I told them to cancel my account.
