HORRIBLE SERVICE BY ARACELI!!!!
I took my son in to get a routine haircut (he has had a haircut every month since he was 1 year old and he is now 4). He does great in the chair. Araceli was very rude from the first interaction we had trying to belittle me when i tried explaining how i wanted his hair cut. As she cut my son’s hair, it all fell in his face and eyes. I have never seen so much hair in his face during a haircut.. My son is young so of course the hair in his face is going to bother him and he is going to move some. She would rudely tell him not to move and even tried restricting his arms. I did stand near her while she did her work and then she told me rudely to go sit down. When she was “done” she had me go check to see if it was to my liking, which it wasn’t so I told her the areas I wanted fixed. I asked her to trim his bangs because they were too long still and she started cutting the hair on the top of his head so i told her to stop because it was already very short. After she attempted to fix it, she took off his apron as if he was ready to go. I then told her she still needed to fix it and she clapped back that she wasn’t done so i asked her why she took off his apron as if she was. We argued about that..
She kept complaining that my son moved too much to get a good haircut – i have NEVER had anyone complain about him. I then told her that she should have been honest about not knowing how to cut children’s hair and had someone else do it. Another employee finally came after hearing the heated back and forth arguments but did nothing to help. She was defending Araceli’s horrible work saying that is the way they do things. My poor son looked like dumb and dumber by the time we left her. I have never had a stylist defend such horrible work with such pride. I was livid and left to Premier Cuts where they corrected his haircut.

We love Jessica! My son has thick hair with a lot of cowlicks, and he has rarely gotten a haircut that we’ve been happy with. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure he looked great, he’s SO confident now and loves his hair!

My husband & I are new to Texas & to Kyle Texas from So California. I used to be a hairstylist & I can tell when things look off or the stylist is unsure. I wear my hair very very short like a man’s haircut so sometimes stylist are hesitant or unsure. I tell them Hey it’s just hair & will grow back so let’s do this! lol I usually go to a barber but we tried Great Clips in Kyle. We moved to Kyle in July 2023 & went to the Great Clips in Kyle next to HEB off 1626. I was watching everyone while waiting & asked for Melissa to cut my hair. MELISSA did a FANTASTIC job!!! She asked questions about what I liked & didn’t like etc. I’ve been going to Melissa ever since & it’s now March 2024!!! Melissa always does A GREAT job! I’ve recruited several clients to go to Melissa & they are now regulars of Melissa! My husband goes to whomever is available & ALL the stylist at this location are Great! Here is a before 7/2023 (when it’s long for me lol) & after 7/2023 & my husbands after as well. Thank you MELISSA! I appreciate you! I will continue to send you clients! Go & get your hair cut! Jessica is the best! She’s been cutting my hair every 2 weeks, for the past 2 years now. Most hairstylists I’ve been to are very inconsistent, but Jessica has never given me a cut that I wasn’t happy with. If you’re in the greater ATX area, she’s who you want to go see!

I have recently visited great clips for a haircut and was extremely pleased with the experience. The stylist demonstrated excellent skill and attention to detail, delivering a haircut that surpassed my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was professional. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great haircut.
