Deluxe pedicure from John was very nice. I’m all about the massage part and it was enjoyable. Foot massage could’ve been longer and more intense but very happy it didn’t include painful pounding on the shins, like some salon techs. Hot stones were nice too.
I was not offered a beverage but asked for, and received, a water bottle. I’ve no clue if any other beverages are offered.
Salon was efficient, clean and quiet. Very relaxing.

I love this nail salon! I’ve been going here for years and they are always so kind, thoughtful and considerate of my requests. I’m not particular about who does my nails here because I genuinely feel like everyone they have on their team does phenomenal work! And they’re very reasonably priced compared to other salons in the area and offer perks when certain reward points are reached (which is a total plus for regulars like me). Overall, highly recommend!

This was a near-perfect experience, which has been hard to find in the nail industry in my experience. We will definitely choose LeNails again. The technicians were kind, the music and tv selections were nice and inoffensive. The salon didn’t smell bad. Prices were comparable to other shops. My daughter got colored tips on acrylics, and it was done well. The massage chair worked and had several options. The techs were gentle when poking, snipping and grating, so nothing hurt nail-wise. The only negative was that I was scalded on top of my foot by the steaming hot towel. The lady acted quickly to remove it and was very apologetic. I’ll pay more attention next time to make sure the towel is cooled enough before allowing them to wrap my foot. I really think this is a 4.5 experience or a 9/10.

Nail tech Alex is great. He is very knowledgeable. He doesn’t rush you out there takes his time to take care of you.
I am someone with lots of cuticles. Alex did great on the manicure, and Lili cleaned everything on my toes. Most importantly, the team is always smiling and kind. ✌️

I will not be coming here ever again. Jessica the nail technician made me bleed twice and did not paint my whole nails. When I told her that it was burning where she cut me, she did not do anything about it. She just wiped the blood off with some alcohol and it burned more. She rushed the whole process. I still gave her a tip because I felt bad she did all the work and I did not like it. She did not deserve it though, unpleasant experience.
