Hannah did my hair extensions, and I am just blown away! This is the BEST install I have ever received, there is no pulling, or pain🙌🏼. She was a magician at color matching my red hair color😍 it’s perfect!! I could not recommend Hannah more!!

I had a horrible experience with the beauty lounge. I sat down to get my lashes done, and specifically asked the lady not to put clusters in my eyelashes because it makes them look too thick. I have a lot of lashes, and if you put a cluster on each of my lashes, it looks awful. She agreed not to do this to me. I laid down and about 40 minutes later I woke up to eyes full of cluster Lashes. I was disappointed and distraught. I don’t like complaining or causing waves but I literally felt like crying. I do not like thick eyelashes it looks trashy and gross to me and when I expressed this to the manager with a counter full of other women like this wasn’t humiliating enough they kept saying it looks good to me it looks good to me and ignoring the fact that I was literally saying it doesn’t look good to me at all. I stood there embarrassed and ashamed and really actually wanted to cry. The manager told me just wear them a few days if you still don’t like them we can figure out a way to fix it for you maybe Adrianna can remove them for you. I paid the lady $250 and left. I had them removed somewhere else and done to my utmost satisfaction SOMEWHERE ELSE for $105. I called the The Beauty Lounge to see if I could receive a partial refund since it had been a week and I hated them so much I had them taken off. And I was met with resistance and more humiliation. I was told to call back to see what else they could do and lo and behold they literally didn’t want to do anything to rectify the situation.

I expressed how I sat down and told Adrianna NO CLUSTERS specifically. Most every lash that came off my lashes was a cluster.

They did not care, they did not help and I did hear the manager literally giggling about me letting her know I would be making a review.

If you need your lashes done do not go here. It’s over priced and you will leave looking like a hood rat while a counter full of women trying to convince you it looks great.

In this photo this is 6 days after the service and after me incessantly ripping them out myself you can see how full they still look and how heavy my eyes look.

Do not do it. Go somewhere else for lashes. It’s over priced and they don’t actually listen to what you need or care for quality or customer service.

Samantha is amazing. As I told her, I don’t mind aging with grace but I’ve always considered your hair to be everything as your individuality and want it to look good. The salon is very upscale and the overall vibe is comfortable. At 59, the greys have become a problem. So I wanted color that would camouflage them to avoid needing high upkeep. Can’t hide (the wrinkles) but she nailed it on the cut, style and color. The compliments! It’s expensive but I have a lot of hair and it’s pretty long and she literally looked like an artist, coloring each hair individually. I couldn’t be happier! Not to mention she’s gorgeous herself!

Evelyn is an amazing stylist! She made my hair look EXACTLY like the picture and was so fun and sweet to work with! I recommend Evelyn to anyone who is wanting a chill yet fun experience. You will definitely leave feeling refreshed not only by your amazing hair but by the sweet girl that Evelyn is!

Jamie is the absolute best! The front desk staff recommended her a year and a half ago to tackle my very curly hair and she was able to color correct, highlight, cut & blowout to perfection on the first try. I look forward to every visit since and I get the most compliments I’ve ever received on my hair. I recommend her to everyone! The salon is also adorable, clean, relaxing & all staff are professional & knowledgeable.
