Tracie Brown is not good at all. My mom and I got our hair cuts by her for two years. She didn’t know the proper way to take care of curly hair, misspelled my mom’s name multiple times, and was very rude when my mom expressed her disappointment with her cut. We had many people comment on how bad of a cut my mom got. Terrible customer service. Was pompous, self righteous, was not personable at all. She did not try to rectify the situation she was just all out rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Small salon with independent operators. Friendly atmosphere, bring a sweater if you’re bringing someone and will not be sitting under a dryer…they keep it very cool!
