UPDATE: I went in to get the dip off my nails and Terry ended up redoing them. They came out the way I first envisioned and I love them! I will go back just for him. Last photo for reference

1/5 stars Very disappointed, especially since most reviews are raving over this place. I went in today and my dip nails were probably the worst I’ve ever had done. Kim, the nail tech, was polite however it seems she may need more practice. My nails were very inconsistent. Also, one of my nail is cracked within 24 hours. Another thing, the nail tech had me rinse my hands before the dip was even sealed. I’m from out of town and my nail salon has never had me do that, so just felt weird and off. Maybe that’s the norm? Probably not. Nancy worked on my grandmother and did amazing! I wish I could have had her do my nails. Also….charging $15 for chrome is ridiculous and taking advantage of a customer, in my opinion. I am someone who believes in tipping 20% minimum, however I only tipped 10% due to the unimpressive work done.

This is my second visit to Sweet Nails, and both visits have been awesome! I’ve had SzuSzu (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) do my nails both times, and I will definitely continue to trust her with my acrylics! This past visit I told her she could do anything she wanted with a 4th of July theme…I get stopped everywhere I go so people can look at them. They are FIRE 🔥!! Not to mention, she made a super yummy Vietnamese coffee for me, which I loved because I don’t drink alcohol 🙂 Such a nice touch! I can’t wait for my next appointment 🤗

I’ve been going here for years for a reason. Great customer service and now that they’ve redone the whole place and it looks amazing!! Clean, beautiful, and of course everyone there is so sweet & always do a great job. I always find nail designs on Pinterest and they always do a great job at designs.

New remodel looks amazing. Customer service was spot on. I called and they had availability asap for a pedicure on a Friday evening, impressive. It was busy but the flow was great. Henry did a fabulous job on my toes!

I loved everything about sweet nails! All of the staff is really nice, and they all made sure I was completely comfortable. Terry was hilarious and really made my nail experience memorable. Plus, it’s suuuuuper cute in there! 10/10 would recommend.
