This is the best salon in town! I have enjoyed being a client at Brian Richard’s Salon for several years and have always had a positive experience. The salon is neatly kept with a relaxing vibe inside. The owners are friendly, professional and accommodating. They have several polite, personable and talented stylists. Rachel takes her time to really get to know her clients. She is always attentive to my hair, makes thoughtful suggestions and never disappoints. Honestly, I found this salon by luck, I’d say. I’ve had SO many bad experiences that I was super nervous about trying a new salon. Found these guys on Google and loved the reviews. Paula at the front desk is truly so nice, also asked if I wanted a master or junior stylist- with my hair trauma I chose a master stylist who happened to be Danielle. Let me tell you, I will not be going elsewhere or to anyone else again. She listened and truly cared while also educated me a little bit. We achieved exactly what I wanted. She’s the very first stylist who I didn’t have to come back to and say “hey my bangs” or “hey this”. I plan to come back for some vivid color work and I am so excited. Oh let’s not forget I left my jacket and they kept it safe, even let me come in a few minutes before they were opened to clients so I could pick it up. Thank you so much Danielle and Paula!

Recently I had Kathryn color my hair as Jade was unavailable and it is beautiful! She spent quite a bit of time talking with me about what I wanted and she nailed it! Great salon, great customer service!

All the stylists that I have seen have been professional and skilled and their pricing is right on par with what a good salon should charge. I’ve brought my 3 year old as well a d she loves how special they make her feel – and ai love how comfortable she is – with all the staff. Easy on line scheduling as well as friendly desk staff to call for anything you need.
