I’ve always had a great experience at this location until today. Ben who did my nails was very aggressive and just not focused at all. He kept getting up and down during my appointment and doing other things so it took a little over 2 hours for my nails. He was also very rude during the whole appointment, telling me no to the length being shorter, being impatient while I chose a color (which he could’ve given me the book one of the five times he stood up previously), as well as not paying attention and over filing my nail bed. He also was trying to tell me I was wrong on a color being lighter or darker than the other and even if I was wrong there was no reason to try and argue with me about it. He also charged me $91 for my nails which I have received a much more complex design for cheaper at this salon so I just don’t understand why such a big jump in cost. Very sad to say I probably won’t be going back which is unfortunate. Given the fact, I used to love coming here.
