It was decent. I don’t like getting pedicures and have to see the staff talking in their language laughing while performing services on my feet. Especially when I’m already self-conscious of my feet. It’s rude and unprofessional. Knowing I can’t understand what they’re saying. Was offered water later vs. the beginning of service. Idk some places have just lacked customer care. My pedicure felt slightly rushed as there was someone else there before me and was still getting service after I was done. Again, decent place, but they can work better on their customer service and care. When I got my nails done.. I didn’t get the arm or hand massage that I’ve normally gotten in other places.. maybe it just wasn’t a good day. Pedicure finish was pretty nice and last pretty long, so I’d recommend that, again, maybe others have had greater experiences.

I was unhappy with my nails yesterday. They turned out nothing like my reference picture and the diamonds were starting to come off over night. I reluctantly called today and explained what happened. The front desk ladies were very kind ame understanding and offered to redo them at no charge. I got Frankie today and he made sure they were perfect and I left happy. I highly recommend Sui and Frankie, but the whole staff are very kind people. 😊

I went in with my aunt and sister for my birthday. I got acrylics done on a sunday, and the nails started popping off Wednesday. 6 came off after a week, and on last Monday we went in to get them fixed. They said they had a 3 day policy but redid them anyway. 2 days later 2 nails came off. By the time 4 of the new nails came off, I just took off all the acrylics. My sisters stayed on for 2 weeks, but then one of her nails came off. I was very disappointed we paid a lot of money for them to come off a few days later. Although the customer service was good, the work was not.

First time coming here and last time for sure. I had an SNS manicure done, the nails started chipping off after three days and as the week went by, the SNS begun to peel off my nails from the sides. It was very disappointing. I expected more since the Woodstock location has always been wonderful and my manicure lasts intact at least a month

I got my nails done with my family on friday 11/25. I got a gel manicure with a pearl colored powder to get a “holographic look” I spent $45. That same day in the evening the top coat started to peel on all of my nails and the holographic powder underneath wiped right off. I called Sunday to complain and request an appointment to fix them. (They have a 3 day guarantee window that if something happens to your nails they will fix them for free) They told me my nail artist Jenny was not in that day and they were too busy to fix them for her and to come in Monday. I started back at school Monday and told them I could not come back in til Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I come to find out Jenny didn’t even come in for my appointment. Someone else fixed my nails and then charged me to fix them. On top of that it was no longer the pearl color it is now a silver rainbow color. I was clearly still in the 3 day window and they still charged me, the lady upfront was so nice about it. But I will not be returning. If this is how a business is run I’d rather visit another establishment that accepts their faults and fixes them instead of looking for money grabs.
