Nails by Savannah! She’s been doing my nails for over a year. She’s the best!! I get the poly gel, on my real nails, with gel polish! Highly recommend!

Definitely the worst spa/facial experience I’ve ever had. First they called the same day to tell me they double booked my esthetician and to come in 15 minutes later. I had no problem with this but I got there 5 minutes early, after I told them I had an appointment and my name I was told to sit and wait. The guy then asked everyone who walked in after me if they wanted wine/water and I was never offered any. I sat in the waiting area for over 25 minutes before the lady called me back for my facial. Honestly she didn’t seem like she knew much about what she was doing and asked me what kind of facial I wanted. I let her know the person who booked my appointment, who I was emailing, suggested this for me so I wasn’t sure what exactly. I did feel uneasy but tried to relax and enjoy anyways. She was very rough on my sensitive skin and got cleanser up my nose and in my mouth causing me to choke in the middle of my facial. Even still, I had to ask for water and tissues because she did not offer me any. I decided to continue because I was told this facial would help my skin and I was really looking forward to it. My throat and nose burned the whole time and a while after. I did not leave a tip for her even though she seemed apologetic. I wouldn’t recommend the glycolic peel here and I will not go back.

The massage by Elyse was definitely out of this world. She released knots on me I didn’t know were even there! The blow out by Eddie was nice too. My pedicure however was a mess start to finish. There was no liner in the pedicure bowl & there were no colors to choose from. Like maybe 20? And they were all empty. They also didn’t use a towel on the part of the bowl where you set your feet. There were a lot of safety red flags. I even filed my toes myself because they were so uneven. I ended up with a smudged half finished mess. Can’t win them all!

I am suffering from an extreme allergic reaction from what the masseuse rubbed on my back during my massage appointment. I will not return to this establishment. The worst “spa day” I have ever experienced.
