This review is for the hairstylist Sandy and not necessarily the entire staff or facility. I am a natural dark blonde and had highlights that had grown out. Wanted to ad dark to it and blend with the new growth and leave just a bit of the lighter blonde for dimension. Sandy started off by tucking a grocery bag in my shirt to avoid getting color on it, I asked if she had a cape and she did put one on me. But why a grocery bag if I had a cape on? Well she obviously knew her poor technique of color application. Sloppy and she messed up on which foils had color or blonde in them. The foils themselves were not laid flat and folded like normal hairdressers do. They were literally squished onto my hair like I was a tv antenna. So bad that I could have tapped into 15 tv channels or a neighboring stores cable. She missed many places of new growth and I had more color on my back, ears, chin, nose, eyebrow, eye lid and my foot!!! I even told her once that it was close to my eye and was burning . I don’t even know how it’s possible to do that unless you’re just careless. After she rinsed me I showed her places on both sides of my head where the darker color she applied looked like cheetah print, so blotchy. She applied more color to it and then rinsed it again. After I left and went outside with a mirror, that’s when I saw just how bad she messed my hair up! Super blotchy, uneven, a lot of new growth didn’t have any color on it, you could still see my grey hairs. I did leave her a review on the square so, she immediately called and as I am telling her what was wrong, she wanted me to come and have her fix it. After 2 applications and it looks this bad, I’d be a fool to let her touch my hair again. She tried blaming my hair as the problem. The problem is her, she is the hairdresser and it was a basic color service. I have had my license to do hair for over 20 years and know she messed it up. She didn’t apply the color to the new growth first. She slapped it on the entire shaft at the same time and the ends took faster. She even argued that you don’t do the roots first. This lady should not be doing hair. Not professional at all and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. First photo shows what my hair looked like yesterday and the others are her work. And the last ones are the rash my skin is getting from all the color that was on me.
UPDATE TO MY REVIEW* Paulette the manager and Debbie the owner have been great at helping me with this issue. I went back Friday morning after the color that was all over me gave me a bad chemical burn and reaction. I was refunded for my service. I did seek medical attention at the urgent care, was given steroid shot and topical cream. Today is now Monday and the burn day by day has not gotten any better and I will be trying to get in again to follow up with my primary care physician. Photos of the burn have been added

Talk about a crazy experience, I’m glad my husband and I can laugh about it. It was our anniversary and I use to get messages done all time, so I thought it would be a delight to take my husband. We got there, changed into our robes and everything’s waited forever. Finally we got taken to our room where we meet 2 lady’s in their late 60’s. I didn’t think much about it everyone needs a job. They couldn’t decide on much, I was worried this was their first time. They couldn’t decide on the hot rock temperature or how to hold them as they were dropping them. I started to feel water on me I was thinking it was just water from the rocks until I opened my eyes and saw the lady sweating!! I’m 100% sure she had no idea what she was doing she kept switch between my back and feet. While complaining the whole time about it being hot. The lady’s kept talking and then ask my husband if she could guess his weight, which she did. While my husband was beside me the lady kept tapping his body and table as she moved, which he found strange. Well come to find out while I paid, he ran to the restroom. The front desk lady comped my bill before I could even be a Karen. I see my husband fast walking out of the bathroom as soon as we walk out of the building he said the misuse was also walking in the hallway and didn’t see him coming so he tucked into the open close to avoid her, she was blind!

We had the Romeo and Juliet spa day. Manicure, pedicure, massages and lunch. Excellent service and a wonderful environment!
