I had my daughter and I run in and get a pedi and mani. My nail polish was way dry and old. He even put thinner in it and it still was streaky. He missed most of my cuticles. I don’t treat myself often but I at least expect for $100 to be the same quality that I would give myself. My daughter’s nail polish looked too thick and the woman did zero clean up. They also spoke to each other the entire time which is uncomfortable. Zero interaction. It will be a while before I go do that again. What a waste of money.

Pedicure was ok, until the polishing of nails. Didn’t clean up the area around toe nails.

I was also getting my nails done. The technician started working on my finger nails while I was still getting my pedicure. She asked that I turn off the massage chair. Had to sit part of the time with my arm across my body so that she could work on nails. So instead of being completely relaxed when done with pedicure, my back and shoulders ached from the way I had to sit. I had requested that the polish on my toes match my fingers. I was told they would. They are no where near matching. If I would have been told, they couldn’t get an exact match, I would have understood, but to tell them they would match.

I tried the powder dip for the first time. I will not be getting that service again. My nails are so thick, not shaped and look like I got them done a week or two again not this weekend. The underside of my nails weren’t cleaned up. The only thing that I like about my finger nails is the color.

Went in Saturday for my nails. I requested dip. I wanted French tip. They are very uneven. She poured the dip on with a spoon, missing spots. I had to remind her to put a top coat on, but turns out she topped them with gel. It is now 5 days later and 8 of my nails have flaked off. Total waste of money. The girl was friendly,, but that’s the best part of my experience.

We have gone to Pacific a couple of times now. They have 4 children ‘s chairs that sit right across from the adult chairs. That is my favorite part. You and your little one can get pedicures at the same time, and you can keep an eye on them at all times. I have never been super trusting with adults and my children and now my grandchildren. I don’t want to put my littles in any kind of bad situation. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because my toenails did not look as good as they usually do. But he did spend a good amount of time massaging my feet, which was very nice. I will take my grandchildren here again. But if it is just me, I will go somewhere that I get a good paint job and better removal of my dry feet skin. Gross, I know! It was $55 for me, not gel. And $30 for each granddaughter.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years. I usually make an appointment so I can be sure to get Shelly, but even when I’ve just walked in, I’ve usually got her. Shelly is THE BEST! She has done long, short, gel, sculptured, simple, decorative nails for me – and they’re always top-notch! Here’s a simple look – I love it! I wish I had taken a pic of what she did for my special event; it was fabulous!
