I highly do NOT recommend this place at all! The lady who did my toes on 4/4/2024 had made my big toe and the one right next to it bleed(possibly infected super red and sore)! Not to mention the tools she got I didn’t even see her take them out of the bag!! I also did a milk and honey scrub and she had lime on the plate not sure what the reason was behind that, but she squeezed the juice on my foot cause my toes to burn even more! I asked her to wash it off and she was still wanting to finish up with the rocks and wax on my feet. I told her no and to just let me pay for the nail polish and the scrub that she did on my feet. You HAD to tip to be able to pay with card which that shouldn’t even be set up that way!

I went in for a pedicure today and I was hopeful. However the wait was long at least two hours, which is understandable since it is a holiday. My tech was nice and friendly but didn’t seem very experienced. The previous nail polish was hard to get it did take a while, however it was not completely off and you could still see red on sides and edges of my toes. I asked them to please check if there was an ingrown toe, something I thought they usually did without needing to be reminded. The tech also didn’t separate my toes before painting them, and when I checked to see if they dry twenty minutes after they were painted, they were still wet. My left big toe had polish smeared on it, I asked the tech if they could please fix it. Instead of taking the nail polish off, he only added more and said to wait ten minutes more. I waited almost twenty five minutes and at that point I had already been there for two hours. I gave up and went to pay , when I tried to put my shoes on, my toes were still wet. I had waited almost forty five minutes for everything to dry and it was smudging and runny. I’m not sure if the product is old or if it thinned out too much but was a horrible experience. This actually third time this has happened to me with my nails not being completely dried after waiting for them to dry almost thirty to forty minutes. I will not be going back. I have wasted enough money on this place. I will telling people to avoid Venetian nails.

I had an amazing experience at Venetian Nails on Western. I had Hai do my nails and he was SO GENTLE!!! He was in no rush at all and he gave me nails that looked very natural. This was the least painful manicure I’ve ever had. Everyone has been either in a hurry or just didn’t care. I HIGHLY recommend you request Hai. He’s been doing this for a very long time!

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. They always give me exactly what I ask for and are so friendly. It’s clean, and the nail techs are very experienced.

Love the service ❤️ they were great! Went in for a pedi. They did a phenomenal service. They did exactly what I asked for. Loved my nail tech. I’ll definitely be a faithful customer here. Just wished I would have gotten my nail techs name so I could request her always 😩
