Worst spot ever. Only went here because where I usually go was closed for a mini summer vacation. How can you be a nail salon when you can’t even do a French tip?? Isn’t that the most common thing a person can request from a nail salon? Got a British tip with how crooked the tips are. Bubbles in the nails, and the side wasn’t painted AT ALL! I got these little flowers because they seem easy to do, apparently not. The lady made one of my nails point up 90° and made my thumb thicker than Megan Thee Stallion. On the thick nail she sat there for forever and dremeled my thumb till it was thin like the others. My nails are so ugly I hate them and I’m PISSED I spent $80 on these. Not worth it AT ALLLL!!!! Super sloppy! My niece got polish and nothing else, and I was charged $25 when over the phone I was told it would be $9. Super expensive for such mediocre work. Other than the terrible nails, the place was super clean and the lady was nice. Just not the greatest nail tech.

I went in with my friends today and got dip nails with a design and my friends each got dip manicures and shellac and regular pedicures. My nails are missing part of the design, the design that was done doesn’t match. Several of my nails are not filed straight. The polish on one of my thumbs is coming off not even an hour later and the polish wasn’t cured all the way. I paid $70 plus a $6 tip. I typically do my nails myself, but I wanted to try a new nail salon with my friends. I have done more complex designs myself.

My daughter called beforehand to ask how much for a new set of acrylics and was told it started at $45, then depended on length, design, color, and shape. She went in today, and was charged $65 which broke down as this: $45 for a new set, $10 for tips (shouldn’t this be considered a new set?🙄), $5 for the SUPER BASIC COLOR, and $5 for the SUPER BASIC SHAPING. The worst part? The polish is bubbled and smeared on some nails, and the shape and length aren’t consistent. Definitely not worth $65! I used to love BNails, but this is the second bad experience I’ve had there… which wouldn’t be a big deal if they weren’t so expensive … myself and my 4 daughters won’t be back. We prefer PAINT… where you actually get what you pay for and the pricing is transparent.

JASON!! It was my first time getting the poly gel nails, and he did phenomenally. I’m obsessed with the shape usually there’s some nails that are a little wonky, but he took his time and shape them really well. I did a blue chrome with some sparkles and a design. His I did a blue chrome with some sparkles and a designskills were top-notch. It literally took him like five minutes To do a drip design.

My daughter and I went in to get our nails done. The staff was very nice and very helpful, however within 12 hours my daughter’s nail polish has come off after charging me $20 to paint a 5 year olds nails. I got acrylic nails and they are all shaped differently. I was also upset when I went to pay my bill of $135 I told them to round it up to $150 for a tip, I was made to feel very uncomfortable because I guess I didn’t tip enough for them. I stated I would have tipped more if I could. All in all I guess it was an alright experience.
