I love treating myself at Catie Nails! All of the girls are very talented, and the spa is clean. I definitely recommend booking an appointment or at least calling ahead to see if there’s time for a walk-in. I’ve gotten all kinds of manicures and pedicures here — acrylics, gel, just color — and have never been disappointed. The quality of work is fantastic and even after two weeks my nails still look great!

I walked into the nail salon, very unsure on what’s going to happen. Amy sat me down immediately and apologized for the incident that happened on 03/24. Amy followed great instructions and over all.I am please with the work that she has done, even though we got off on the wrong foot. Regardless, the work is the most important part and Amy knows how to do great nails!

The owner, Mr Lee contacted my apologizing and insisted that I’d come back tomorrow. He did say that the woman was supposed to be there at 5pm and was very late. I still felt like that had nothing to do with me since I was on time. However, I’ve taken him on his offer, I’d usually never give a business a second chance after something like this but, we’ll see how it goes]

I scheduled an appointment with Amy for 03/24/23 at 5:30p because it was recommended by a friend. I arrived to the shop at 5:15pm since I am a new customer who is coming from Massachusetts. Amy was still working on a client when I walked in so I sat down patiently. It’s now 5:40pm, I have still not been attended. I notice another customer who was a white woman walked in & Amy runs up to her and ask if she picked a color. At first. I wasn’t worried, I THOUGHT I would’ve been secured in because I scheduled an appointment, until Amy instructs us to sit next to each other… I was a little confused? Like was she gonna tag team us and do both are nails the same time? THEN she starts doing the white womens nails first!!! I am super offended since I have arrived first than this women and it’s now pushing 5:50pm. At this point IVE HAD ENOUGH, I knew there was no way Amy was gonna do my nails. I decided to tell her that I am leaving because I no longer wanted to wait, she goes and explains how another technician was almost done. REALITYYY was I felt disrespected!! My appointment was booked with AMY! It’s so unfortunate I had to drive 40 minutes back home with my nails not done! I very calm and polite the whole time.

This was my first time getting a pedicure in a very long time. The experience was amazing! Everyone was so sweet. It was also my birthday and they gave me a gift. Thank you so much for the best experience. I am definitely coming back to your place!

I have been going to Amy since March 2023, and she never disappoints me. I make myself an apt bi weekly. Her work speaks for itself. She’s a sweetheart. She always makes me feel welcomed. Always check to see if I’m okay, if I like the color etc. And any time I chose a design I tell her ” you pick” and she always does beautiful ones. Her prices are fantastic! The salon is extremely clean. All of the staff are super friendly. I love coming here I look forward to my appointments with Amy. She’s a sweetheart! Thank you Amy, I appreciate you so much! Keep up the great work, it is noticeable promise🩷. Your hard work pays off. I highly recommend this salon to everyone! I even got my mom to go here and my mom loves it! Amy always go above and beyond for her customers and it shows! Thank you Amy 😀.
