I tried to find a local salon that I could go to for a quick, reasonable gray cover up. My hair is ash brown, I asked for my roots to be a shade warmer. It was extremely orangish. The next day they graciously said I could come back in for a fix. She did fix the orange and the color was good; however there is a line across one side of my hair dividing the blond and brown. When I sent an email with picture, the response was that it was because I asked her not to touch the blond (balayage) and that she did a good job. The line is obvious, there is no way a hairdresser can look at my hair and say they did a good job. The worst part is it was an owner and now I feel like there is nothing that can be done but it let it fade because I refuse to go back to her.

Amazing staff! They listen to what you want and are very flexible. Highly recommended.

The makeup artist here is so unprepared. She used all my products and didn’t even have makeup setting spray. She didn’t know how to use color corrector on dark spots. She actually told me to apply mascara on my own on my car. She said she needed to wax my eyebrows in which nothing was waxed and I had to sit and pluck out my hair. She charges ma $120 by using all of my makeups. Please if it’s your big day do not go here for your makeup.

My hair stylist was better though. Thank god she hid my horrible makeup by straightening my hair and covering my face from the side.
