I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a luxurious experience to get your nails done. I personally go to Tracy Le. Not only is she very talented, she takes her time and is very patient with her clients. If you are indecisive like me, you will not feel any pressure whatsoever. She has outstanding customer service skills and leaves me satisfied every-time!!

I have been coming to Lumi since they opened and have not been disappointed once. The staff are fun and social with everyone, and you can tell they have fun working together. I see Lily for my nails and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to see anyone else, she always does an incredible job, if you are looking for perfectly shaped nails and stunning, clean designs, Lily is your girl.

Heidi is amazing! She did a cats eye design once and a color changing design another time. Very kind and friendly! Helen has done my past 2 and she is also just unbelievably amazing!! Also had my toes done and great job too!! Will always go here

I made an online appointment with Tracy Lee after all google reviews for 10 am. When I walked in she was already busy, they asked me if it was my 1st time I said yes, then they sent a gentleman name Hunter to do my pedicure, he did a good job. But then they sent me with a guy to do my gel manicure, he was rude since I walked in, his attention was poor, barely touch my hands and the gel does not look good.
Definitely not a good experience and not coming back. I’m getting married tomorrow and now I need to find a place to repair my nails.
