Super fast and attentive to detail. We walked in and were immediately seated. Prices are average for the metro and all types of payment accepted. My best friend and I went together and were able to sit right next to each other. Danny did a great job with my nails and Cindy did a wonderful job with hers!

We’re from Virginia and 5 years ago my daughter had a really bad experience with her first ever nail appointment I finally convinced her to try again and we chose USA nails …. Her nail Tech was Ivy and my daughter had a very unique design she was set on the last picture is the image we showed Ivy and in my opinion she did really well with it she seemed new so we were impressed …. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is because my daughter told me Ivy was a bit aggressive filing her nails and when she washed her hands her cuticles were bleeding and the prices are not as posted or expected they just decide what they will charge once your done these cost $100 other than that my daughter is happy with her nails and will return

I don’t normally review unless i have a great experience. Since Vivian wanted me to do a review so bad that she couldn’t believe i wouldn’t do it in the middle of my first service i decided to do one. I made appointment for what i wanted basic mani/pedi and when i got there i had three people ask me what i was getting one after each other. After we finally cleared that up and started my pedi i was told over and over i should get more expensive pedi. Then when i got to my mani i told her i just want my nails even since they are so long and un even. I said yes to rounding them. Next thing i knew my long nails were cut off. I was then asked to review her again(5th time) and again i said i would. Asked her to fix some spots that weren’t white and then left as fast as i could. I was so excited to get a mani/pedi for my first time in years. I only had a little money since i just graduated and haven’t been working much. I felt the whole time they couldn’t believe i didn’t want more. So my relaxing morning before my graduation turned into stress, walking out unhappy. I still left a good tip bc she did a service and she deserves a tip but i will not be going back.

I really enjoyed my mani-pedi from Vivian. She gave me a great leg massage and did a wonderful job on getting my polish on. I highly recommend seeing Vivian at USA Nails!
Edit-
My manicure after less than 24 hrs! I’d go back but I’m headed out of town for 10 days! I usually get 5-6 days before my nails look like this. My pedicure looks great thank goodness!

They do an amazing job! Walk ins or by appt. Great designs and excellent staff…highly recommend. I have brought and referred many friends/family to this nail salon. I just had my nails done for St. Patrick’s Day 2024 and LOVED them! The “rose” pedicure is AMAZING also ❤️
