Honestly, one of the best places I’ve gone to get by nails done as far as quality. The salon is beautiful. The techs are professional and thorough. BUT A FEW OF THE GIRLS WILL RIP YOU OFF AND OVERCHARGE. I will never go there again. I went in for a fill and instead of charging me 45 I was charged 75. I ended up getting a credit once I called and complained. They made it seem like a mistake, so I went back. This time they charged me 80 for a 55 dollar service. I called them out before I paid this time and they fixed it and apologized. “Oh, sorry, the tech made a mistake” It’s not an accident. They just want to see if they can get away with it. I think they do this to people all the time.. Nailywood is honest. Go there. It’s right up the street.

I was not happy this time that I came on Sunday (5/19/24), we made an appointment for this day and we where not on the system ,they made it Monday that was one the other thing the girl that did my pedicure you can tell she does not do this for a leaving pedicure was really bad nor prepared did not put base coat and no massage, in your menu said 2 minutes massage, also my daughter had a pedicure the lady looks not happy and no massage to. I’m not asking for money back but you as a business person needs to be careful how to run it with the correct advertisement.

I got a biogel fill and the nail tech broke the tip of one of my nails. She didn’t offer to put a new nail on, just piled on the gel and hoped for the best, even though it was visibly shorter than the rest. One of my cuticles was cut and the paint job was mediocre. Also, one of my nails broke the same day because she thinned out my nails so much. Very disappointing service here.

Highly recommend coming here 10/10 been coming since they have opened and they have come SUCH A LONG WAY WELL DONE! All nail places have pros and cons but overall the Nail Garden has solid nail techs that do a consistently good manicure and pedicure each time which is really what matters. If there is ever a problem or a customer has some bad feedback they are more than happy to accommodate that concern as well as the owner which is more than I can say for a lot of other salons in the area. I tend to see a lot of harsh reviews of nail techs or salons that are unfair very critical but they are people and they make mistakes at time as well but I’ve brought both my very elderly grandparents, grandmother and now grandfather who is 91 and these ladies have treated them both like family and I’m forever grateful and they took care of their foot health very very well. Well done ladies you have my loyalty and I will recommend your services to anyone who asks!

Don’t go here, if you think you will get a good deal. The service is not bad, BUT I was supposed to pay for combo deluxe $85 + $12 got paraffin treatment. I ended up paying $130, because of hidden fees for gel removal, extra $15 each (fingers and toes).
First time I have seen an extra charge for gel removal. Wow.
