Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. My pedicure was so messed up people commented on it in public and they told me to come back instead of a refund and I didn’t even want to. My nails were just a full set ( I do my own nail art ) and they broke 2 days later. That was $50 just a set no polish. Meanwhile, while me and my gf were there the guy cut off her natural nail and it was bleeding. She left with a bandaid and 9 nails. It’s a week later and another nail is broken. I keep having to fix them myself. DO NOT GO HERE.

It was my first time there today and it was so lovely! Bill and everyone else there are so nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place! I am excited to go back.

I went in Saturday to get a cute abstract nail design and I was told that the nail tech couldn’t do anything “Fancy or difficult”, Now, what I was asking for was not difficult and even explained to both ladies that the nail tech could be creative with her own design, but still said she was not able to do. So, I just settled for a white french tip on my toes. However, since I am very melanated, you cannot use the same nail base on me that you’d use on a non-white or lighter complexion person. After she was done, it looked horrible, but I respected the effort for the nail tech trying and she was very nice. I even left her a tip. I just hope in the future they become more familiar with what base to use on darker skinned individuals and level up your skills to keep up with what’s trending in your industry. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails done and my french tip re-done. My review is not intended to shade this nail shop or the ppl that work there. I have seen pics of their work and was one of the main reasons I decided to go there. I’ve gone here like twice in the past, but it was such a long time ago that I just figured I’ll give them another try….hoping for better a experience and finish.

They were nice but when it was time to go they didn’t give me the pedicure stuff she said i would take and do at home. The guy straight lied to me saying they threw them out.
