Been coming here for about 1yr and a half and I love this place! The employees are all so nice and kind. My nails and toes always look amazing. One of the ladies even let me use he phone charger when my phone was dying! Hands down the best nail shop In Killeen.

Worst naiI shop I have been to. Got a new full set 5 of my nails broke off from simple things like grabbing a refrigerator door scratching my back, putting my hand on the steering wheel or the front door handle. I had the nails on for four days. I called the shop to get them replaced, and I was told their policy is that they guarantee their nails for three days. If you can only guarantee for three days that says a lot within itself. Nails should last at least two weeks I’ve even had nails longer than two weeks and have never experienced this issue, I wish Better Business Bureau or someone would investigate this company. I paid $180 and yes, they did include the pedicure. I highly recommend choosing another place to get your nails done, especially if they can only guarantee you that your nails will last for three days. Again that I mentioned this was a new full set, which means every nail on my hand came from their shop. I guess if you’re not leaving a good review, you can’t show pictures. Everyone needs to see this mess.

My daughter and I love coming for a mother/daughter self care day. It’s so much fun. We’re treated like family! Jokes , laughs, water for the kids, fruits, and wine for mommy 😊. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed..

So I stopped by to get my eyebrows cleaned up. My right eye was totally hacked. Half of my brow is literally missing. The right one is boxed of and arched. This is the eye that has a scar and hair grows odd. The left one looks completely different from right .for real like…. I had an eyebrow vet on one side…. and a toddler on the other!!! Am am extremely upset. the lady did not disclose her personal opinions on what is a “good brow” before she hacked mine off and then tried to give her opinion on what a good brow is she took no responsibility and did not offer refund. She Even had the nerve to suggest I not even them out.it would be worse and to draw them in.. I’m natural I do not waer makeup .
I start a new job tomorrow and I look like a darn clown.
This place is across from Ellison high school. So I imagined the customer service would be reputable. I would be mad if my daughter brought my money over here for any service . I tired as well. When I got to the car and saw my face I was mad as hell.
I would not recommend.
I would like my 15 $ returned from upper management.
