The shop is clean and inviting. The nail tech is professional and dependable. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered!

The acrylic nails were gorgeous. The artist was very nice and engaged in conversation.
However, my cuticles were still covered in dead skin, none of the callouses on my feet were removed, and the toenail polish was uneven on a few toes.

If you are looking for an incredible acrylic nail and your hands are well kempt, this place can do that.
If your hands and feet are beat to shreds, I would not recommend this business.

I absolutely love this nail lounge! I initially walked in to get my nails done and they were welcoming to the fact that I walked in a few minutes before 8pm. I also got a silk press the next day which was done by Leysha and she was wonderful. They are open 6 days a week until 10pm which is definitely a plus!!! Overall I loved my nails and hair plus they provide cocktails and beverages with the services! Overall I would recommend 10/10!!!

Rude customer service. I called for a possible walk-in manicures around 630, the woman who answered was very rude and replied sarcastically “we take walk-ins until 8.” So I asked if that would be a decent time, if it looks busy to try and let them prepare or just have some expectations set and she replied “I don’t know what’s going to happen in the next few minutes, anybody can walk in.”

I would work on phone etiquette with the staff. I don’t appreciate the rudeness and I was being polite on the phone.
