This is the cutest little lash studio and the lash stylists do a great job; however, they charge you $45 to be able to cancel and rebook and they don’t say that before you book an appointment. When I called, they had availability the same-day and offered that time for my appointment. They usually have same-day availability when I call to schedule. I travel 3 hours to get my lashes done here. When I realized I wasn’t going to make it there on time due to a highway closure I called to reschedule for the next day. I was told they had “turned other people away” for my appointment (even though I had just scheduled it an hour or so before) and to be able to rebook I’d have to pay $45. The lashes already cost an arm and a leg to add another $45 on top of that. I am a lash artist myself. I’ve left a good tip every single time I’ve gone. I’m sad to say I probably won’t be back and they’ve lost a loyal customer over $45. I ended up getting my lashes refilled somewhere else and I am happy with the results.
