Love this Salon in Derby, KS! Stacy does my hair and she is Awesome at listening to what you want and making suggestions when you need your ends trimmed or whatever else you may need. I highly recommend this salon!

I did not have a good experience with this salon. Whenever I talked about how I felt and explained my concerns, the owner said I harassed them. There are plenty of things I feel like this salon can work on and that being how the owner speaks to their clients. We are the ones giving you business. The stylist tried her best and was very friendly towards me. When I stated I was unhappy and wanted money back, things went downhill. I was offered $20 from the $145 I spent. I bargained and the owner in charge promised me $45 back on the phone because I asked for a partial refund and gave me only $40 back. Not only did she not give me back what I was told but she was very mean to me on the phone and told me if I want to dye my hair back to black she’ll give me $5 to go buy a box of black dye. In my opinion, this was very hurtful and I didn’t appreciate that. I don’t live in Kansas and wanted to try out a new salon while I was in town visiting, and my experience with Ali Katz Salon had me go get my hair redone.
I was called dishonest, was accused of harassment, and was belittled when talking about how I felt after their services.
