I would give 0 stars, if I could. This nail salon is a rip off. I came in to take off my dip nail polish, and my daughter to take off her acrylics. The lady recommended manicures, so I said yes. I was charged $60.00 for the both of us. It was not worth it! We were done in 5 min. All they did was take off the polish and cut down the nails. We didn’t even get nail polish, only clear polish. We didn’t even get lotion for our hands. The worst part was the tools were not cleaned after, it was put back into the drawer. In addition to the charge was a 1.25 charge for using a credit card. She didn’t tell me. I only notice by looking at my receipt. Now it makes sense on why it’s never busy!

I got a beautiful color but I got really long nails and the whole time I was there they laughed at my nails and they kept saying I shouldn’t have gotten them so long, this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten long nails and they have not looked this way, they are bumpy and very uneven and the back are ugly and in filed. They didn’t shape the nails enough, I also got bounced around 4 different nail techs. I didn’t appreciate them rushing my nails and not taking time for the prices they were charging. Do not recommend coming here.

$80 and my nails look like a 6 year old painted them. I also wasn’t even given a top coat on my pedicure. When I tried to address the issues the guy was very rude. I left with a sloppy manicure.

I had a fill exactly 7 days ago. I noticed my nails were kinda soft but I just figured maybe they will harden. I also noticed the paint was bubbling and the nails were thin. He took less than a half hour to do a gel fill so I’m not surprised they were going to be awful. I called and the lady said they would fix them for free, but the techs there said no. They were arguing with me knowing that my nails were not the right quality. The lady repaired my nails and then instead of fixing the cracks in the other ones she just pointed them out! I can’t believe they do can do that to people and get away with it.
