This was the second time for a pedicure here over the past 3 years and it was very different the second time around. It was not relaxing or pleasant and I came away with a blister. I’ve been in health care for decades on my feet all day so it takes a lot for my feet to blister. I can not remember the last time I had one to be honest. I get pedicures several times a year and I’ve never had this happen before.
The tool they use to get rid of dead skin was very unpleasant and my technician was very rough, hence the blister I guess? I don’t think I will be back. Not looking forward to 8 hours on my feet tomorrow.
Edit to say: appointment was under name WALSH on July 4 at 5:30 pm.( Shortly before I made the original post). I was there with my daughter who had her nails done as well. If there was a blister on my food prior to the appointment I would expect that it would have been mentioned and that foot treated more gently. My daughter is a regular and she loves the service she gets so I’m going to say what happened to me might have been an unfortunate rare occurrence. It was not a good experience for me.

I have been coming here for about six months and I have to say that this is the best salon I’ve been to! Kayla is my go-to nail tech, as she makes my acrylics look real and not too thick and provides recommendations that I would like. She gets it done promptly with little error and I’m out the door in under an hour! They always accommodate me for the days and times I need AND have fit me in on a busy long weekend to fix my nail that I broke. Prices are great for basic sets as well. Thanks so much guys!

I’ve been coming to Crysanthemum since shortly after they opened, all the staff are professional and extremely nice, I’ve never had a bad experience. I had to leave a review today after Kayla did my nails. I had some cuts on my cuticles going in and she was so gentle. I asked for gel with French tips and they are amazing❤️ thank you ❤️

had came in for my appointment 20 minutes early to be on time they hadn’t started my nails till 40 minutes after I had got there which is understandable they were running behind I had asked for square and she begin to put stiletto tips on I was confused so I asked if it would be square as I wanted long square she then gets told to grab me the right tips in a diff language she then refuses to do my nails so someone else does them 10 mins after the first girl refused Misa was great at first they had another customer booked 30 mins after me with the same girl so then she begins to rush I tell her what I dislike about the nails she tells me it’s my finger and gave me a lesson on how these were “professional” they looked like a 12 year old did them.. I was also laughter at in my face and called names I did not have a good experience and hope no one has to deal with this disrespect from this salon Not to mention this salon is saying it’s my fault I had no other choice but to say my nails were okay when I left as they made me pay 138$ for this set that turned out to look bad my friend recommended this salon as she had many good trips I would add I did get upset and I did use a google translator to translate what was being said about me …why would I lie and write a dishonest review poor service provided here wish I stuck to my originally nail person. This was my 19th birthday set not to Mention I’m not 17 maybe actually listen to what is being wanted and go by photo not just do whatever you think looks similar my flowers are not even as big as the photo yhe ombré is sloppy my nails are all different shapes. I was prescise because it was my birthday set and didn’t want a bad set or rushed French tips aren’t same either not to mention I have photos of what I wanted verses what I got. I get they look decent but they are totally not what I asked for I apologize for taking a bit longer to the customer then she had the nerve to disrespect me and talk back about me as well as workers absolutely unprofessional and calling me a Liar is crazy just own up to the fact you treated me horrible
