Never disappointed by the service here! The entire staff is amazing , salon is super clean and relaxing, Their level of experience is bar none! I could write a book on how great they are and how they have gained a lifelong client out of me! Julie is my go to but everyone is just as amazing I feel. I highly recommend this salon above all others

I called asked for a regular manicure when I went in I said I need to leave at 12 that gave them 30 minutes when she was about to paint my nails it was already 11:57 which I understand I didn’t want to rush her but she left all the nails still on my nail as u can see from picture not only that! The owner at the front when collecting charged me 35 dollars for this I’ve never in my life been so disappointed I never leave reviews and this bothered me so much I feel people deserve to no what they are expecting.

Found this salon online since I’m from out of town but had a really pleasant experience. 13y old sister wanted her nails done, and they did a wonderful job on her dip extensions with French tips as well as my gel manicure. Unfortunately, the night after getting them done one of my sisters nails broke which as you can imagine was very upsetting for her, but upon calling InStyle the next morning they booked us right away to have it redone and her nails look great again. Very kind staff and a good salon find! Would return when I’m back in town, good prices too:)

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Actually, they can keep one star for the very sweet woman that works the front desk.

I’ve seen everyone but Julie and am constantly disappointed. Today was by far the worst as I sat with Mike. Mike put on tips and then did dip and a design. I was unhappy with the length and shape of my nails. I asked Mike the first time to change them, he said sure. I asked a second time, he didn’t respond but sighed like it was an inconvenience. I asked a third time, which he ignored. I should have stopped here but didn’t.

He told me the design I chose was easy and thanked me for the design. Comical. The paint job he did was awful, as seen in the photos. I can’t even put more energy into writing how bad it was. But that wasn’t the worst part.

Mike cut me six times. 6. I’m on blood thinners and bleed very easily. I made a comment each time he cut me. Despite that and my visible blood, he continued to drill away.

I was visibly upset and it was apparent. Julie, the owner, sits up front and saw I was upset but did nothing.

I can’t believe I paid $60 to bleed and have painful nails.

Whatever photos they’re posting if designs are not representative of the work they do- stay away!

I have been coming to Instyle for almost 2 years. I have been religiously seeing Mimi and sometimes Julie. My nails thank me every 2 weeks. Yes i get manis and pedis every other week. Come here and you’ll thank me
