5p on Saturday. I showed up on Saturday @ 5p & I was told they marked me as a no call / no show and charged $50 to my cc. This is MORE THAN the cost of the ACTUAL focus massage. When I mentioned this, the front desk girl said “We’ve changed our prices recently.” So I’m out $50 all because they moved my appt. to an earlier time which I did NOT agree to. I thought I found a place for massages but not if they’re going to be pulling these little stunts.
The receptionist was friendly as well..
I feel like a new woman!
