All the stuff was very sweet, very accommodating during your visit and thereafter in terms of fixing a nail after-the-fact if need be. Did high-quality work quickly but not rushed. The massage from the pedicure was very nice as was the massage from the manicure. Massage chairs were very high quality as well. Both sets of nails came out fabulous. Clean, air-conditioned, no wait.
10/10 would recommend.

My daughter and I both got our nails done here today. It’s a pretty salon and the staff was very nice. I got a French manicure and my daughter got two tone nail color. They were done beautifully 😊🙂

My first time today. I’m from out of town and needed a pedicure badly. I did not have an appointment and was taken right away. Very clean and the service was great. Definitely will go back.

I have been a client at Elite Nail Spa for the last 13+ years. All employees are professional, courteous, and timely. I’ve worked with Lyly directly for approximately 9 years; she does my manicures, pedicures, and waxing. My daughter had her first manicure for her First Holy Communion with Lyly too. In fact, I love the salon so much, I still plan to travel back for my nail and waxing services after my move to Naples. I know it’s so hard to find a great, clean salon you can trust, so it’s worth the drive to me!

Im truly disappointed with my experience today and while I don’t think they care about this review, I am sharing my experience so that others don’t have to experience the same issue. First, they told me that I was getting Nexgen powder and paid premium price for this service but later found out that it wasn’t nexgen, which is supposed to last up to 4 week. Second, they tried to charge me an additional fee to cut my cuticles for the bootleg nexgen service. They didn’t even tell me about the fee until after they did the service which makes no sense at all. Upon mentioning this to the owner, she refused to do the right thing by not charging me for it so I ended up just walking out without finishing the service. They are rude, unfriendly and don’t care about customers.
