I normally have G do my nails and she’s fantastic highly recommend but she’s always booked bc of how good she is and I was in desperate need to get them done. So they gave me someone else I don’t know there name but it was a man and his bench is the last one closest to the sinks all the way to the right. His shaping and filing was good. But then he started painting them and there was fuzz in almost every nail which he had to keep covering up with more layers. He stuck his fingers in my nails and kept having to redo them which I’m pretty sure most people don’t enjoy getting there’s nails done they just like the outcome so to keep having them redo nails is so irritating. And on top of the at I asked for a sparkle on top of white and I said that didn’t look like the same sparkle in the book and he insisted it did and it’s completely yellow and the rest of my nails are white so it looks horrendous. I’m not trying to say don’t come here but I would steer clear of this guy. It’s also 50 for a refill which I think is ridiculous especially when you’re not happy with the outcome. He also reeked of smoke so that wasn’t pleasant to small for the elongated time it’s took him to do my nails because he had to keep redoing them.

Whether you see her once or a repeat customer she is concerned with your satisfaction. Tôi spa makes it easy to book on-line and check out is quick! I like the ability to pay a tip electronically! The facility is clean and smells good.

Terrible service. I made an appointment online and when I show up it wasn’t in the in salon website. They said I have an opening at our other salon 10 min away, I declined and I left. I decided to give them a try again and make another appointment for the following week. They now have my appointment but once I got there on time for my appointment I waited 20 min and still they weren’t ready to take me. I finally just walk out. I waste my time twice. While I was sitting there they did that to another costume. She made appointments, came here and they didn’t have it and she had to leave as well. Very poor customer service and not acceptable.
We both know it was over 20 min and you knew I wasn’t in the bathroom because I went to the bathroom when I walk in at 4:27. You told me the bathroom was in the back. Also I would have pass you if I was heading to the bathroom so you knew I left because I was piss. I understand that everyone runs behind but over 20 minutes is not acceptable. You probably took a costume and have no respect for my appt because you want to make more money. I have places to go as well and you had no respect for that. The salon was practically empty, you had only 4 nail technicians working. That should have been a sign already. Most busy salon have more then 10 technicians to accommodate walk in or errors on your end. I am doing you a favor by letting you know that you need to shape up because there are nails salon in every corner. Making appointments is a waste of time if you don’t follow it. You lost 2 costumers in less than an hour.

I’m very satisfied with the services I received today. It was very easy to schedule, the receptionist was great and helped me with a few questions. I enjoyed the atmosphere, it’s very calming. Sunny is the technician who did my dip powder. He was happy to help and suggested Some colors. I even went with a different nail shape for the first time and I love them. I will definitely recommend family and friends.
