THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! First they didn’t do what I asked, more like the guy told me what I was going to get even though the money came out of my pocket. Rushed job is a complete underestimate. He didn’t even clean my cuticles and as you can see the shaping is horrible, the acrylic is lumpy. If he didn’t want to do my nails, I would’ve accepted that over being treated horribly. Then they overcharged me. The guy snatched my card and tapped it for me before I could even ask about the total then proceeded to close the door and lock it because of I was being rushed. They owe me money and I will be reporting this business immediately. Stop taking advantage of people cause that’s exactly what they did. They were the only place in area that was open and I had to get my nails done for a trip. I would rather have press on nails than this foolery.

Today, I went to get a Manicure & Pedicure at Venetian Spa. Most of the time, I get good service but today it was more pain than enjoyment. Before the manicurist started, I told her my skin was dry and I have arthritis in my fingers to please be careful. She hurt me several times, apologized, and hurt me again to the point that I screamed. If I have that manicurist again, I will never go back.

I have been getting my nails done for past 15 years in New Jersey and since moving to Delray Beach 5 yrs ago I’ve been to numerous salons . I’ve only been coming to Venetian Nails for past 3 months. It’s convenient , clean, professional , friendly. All my appts are with Jack. He is definitely the best nail tech I have ever experienced. Great personality and knows his trade. He works magic on my nails .

The worst experience of my life dosent even justify it. Please save yourself the agony. This place is being reported to the department of business. I will bet that most of these nail techs are not even licensed. My 9 year old niece could have done a better job. Front desk is a joke. I was denied the opportunity to speak to manager or owner. Only reason they’re open is location. And the fact that there is not many nail places around. Please go anywhere else

I used to get pretty acceptable results at the Boynton Beach location, but the last two times I have not been satisfied. The prices are always so secretive. I got a basic pedicure with one color gel polish and my bill was $45 this time. It used to be $35. My big toe has a scab where they over clipped the skin. The nails were not even filed just clipped jagged. My left and right aren’t even the same length! My last visit was for Nexgen and the guy was slow, made them way too thick and over clipped my cuticles. 2xs too many
