Everything seemed fine before leaving and I paid $58 for the service. After a few hours, the gel polish started to peel off of my feet. The next day I went in to fix it, which I appreciate, but then later, after i left, the other foot polish started to peel. I was unable to fix it that same day due to salon being closed. I went In the next day, and they told me that nobody would be able to fix it.
So, I called them asking them for a refund of some sort because my feet were not done correctly at all. They argued with me and claimed that they’re unable to get me a refund and my name is not even in the computer. I am extremely upset.
The quality of my pedicure and the results of it was truly unacceptable especially since it’s gel polish set. I felt like I wasted my money here and I’m very disappointed about this.
I sincerely recommend going somewhere so this doesn’t happen to you.
