I asked them if they could take me in as a walk in or not. If no that’s okay because I know a lot of people book appointments and I told them it’s ok if there’s no space. They told me yes they can and sat me down and started to remove my gel pedicure but left me sitting in it for 20 minutes talking about “almost”. After waiting almost 1/2 hour they then started working on me after finishing up other people… they only took 15 minutes to do a gel pedicure when obviously it takes longer- left my toe nails un even and paint had already started to chip a couple days after. They also told me they ONLY do CASH when I saw them charge other women with card just adding a $1 fee. They told me it’s because they prefer cash to keep it under the table. After arguing with them they said we will only do this, this one time but otherwise you bring cash or we don’t take you. Even tho they take card. The ATM has a $5 fee.
