I visited Hydra Nails & Spa with the recommendation of Mrs Martha S. I was not sure if I would be pleased, but when I walked in the greeting was amazing! The nail tech that did my nails was awesome! He took his time made sure my nails were perfect and looked as they are! My nails are natural and I love the fact that he wanted to make sure I was happy and I am! I’ve found a new Nailshop and couldn’t be happier! Thank you Ben!
I visited today 5/8 my first visit was 2 months ago today and was VERY disappointed! I broke a nail Ben tried saving it and unfortunately it didn’t work so I clipped it off made an appointment to get it fixed and when I tell you my tech had major attitude! The first visit he was really nice and really reeled me in, but since then it’s been a little attitude here and there that I’ve noticed! I have natural nails and I want to keep my natural nails, but it’s like I’m trying to be talked and all you need to cut them down where you gonna charge me to cut them down and then you want to charge me if I keep them the length they are! So I’m not happy with the service as of now, when I first visited there, they wanted to make sure that my nails were correct that I was pleased they were polished correctly now I’m finding acrylic up under the nails on the nails are not polished completely so I’m not understanding what has changed because I haven’t changed. I come in there. Pleasant you know how you doing conversation, but the service is gonna have to get better if I decide to continue to come! Your work speaks for you and I’m not happy with how my nails have been coming out lately and the nail did he replaced it look like it’s looking up to God, my nails have curves!

After the pictures that I posted, I tried to make a an appointment to get a feel and I was unable to do it online so I tried calling and it wasn’t taking my calls so I had to use my husband‘s phone in order to schedule an appointment when I got to my appointment, they were all looking at me very strange well little did. I know that they had all been having a conversation about me because of the last review that I did when I provided the pictures of the different flaws in my nails , so one of the young men made a phone called he came back and said well. The manager was saying that because I was there they would go ahead and do my nails, but after that, I was no longer welcomed because I did a review showing pictures of the flaws in my nails. Each time I went in for my appointments I always pay them. We always had nice conversation labs and I tipped them but because I posted pictures I am no longer welcome to come in and get my nails done. I was told I should’ve told them and not posted the pictures. It’s their business and they have the right to refuse service and I’m fine with that. It just don’t get upset because you make a mistake and someone post a picture with a review.

I trusted the reviews and checked this place out yesterday for dip nails. I called, made an appt, was seated at my appt time and I saw Rosy. She was great! She was very gentle with one nail that was a little too short and tender. I asked for a specific design and that’s what I got! I like how my dip nails aren’t too thick. I’ll be back!

I had a wonderful time at Hydra nails today! The salon is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. The people were so kind and my nail tech Brian was making me laugh and smile the entire time. I live in Austin but this is my new salon. Thanks for a great experience!

Ben provided an excellent pedicure service that left me thoroughly satisfied! His attention to detail and exceptional skills were truly impressive. Moreover, his friendly service enhanced my overall experience at Hydra. I am delighted with the time I spent here!

This salon does not disappoint. I was able to make a same day appointment for my daughters and I today. They were timely, professional, friendly and talented. They were able to complete looks that were age appropriate (10 & 12) for my daughters and satisfy my nail preferences. They were patient and did not make us feel rushed (we each got pedicures and manicures) while also offering drinks while being serviced. This is a 2nd visit for my youngest daughter & I and a first visit for my other daughter. We had a great experience on all visits. I recommend this salon and look forward to future visits with family and friends.
