I’ve been coming here consistently since I’ve moved to the area for a few years now. I often do the dip manicures and gel pedicures. I also enjoy the complimentary popcorn and beverages.

Linh is my go-to nail lady, she is amazing. She listens, great attention to detail (so she does awesome nail art), and gives bomb foot massages. Highly recommended!

I get acrylic nails and a pedicure every time I spend about 130-140$ each time I go with tip included. I highly recommend asking for Lan she does a phenomenal job with my acrylics they don’t lift even after 4 weeks! She’s amazing and the best nail tech I’ve ever had!

I am SO disappointed with this place. I had a great experience while I was here with my daughters and most everyone was nice but my nails are already chipping after only a day! I got them done for my daughter’s birthday this weekend and was pretty confident doing them 3 days before her party they would be in tact. It’s wild to me that they are chipped already and especially after how much money I spent here. I’ve never had this experince any where else and I’m pretty upset they won’t be looking nice and done for this weekend.

I usually have a great experience but not this last time. They were very under staffed so everyone was rushing to get through clients. I ended up getting stabbed and cut several times while getting my pedicure which caused me to bleed. Needless to say, I cried. Then my full set got messed up. It was rushed also as more people were walking in without appointments. My nails are uneven, they have dips in them, the tips are raised (almost bowed), and there are parts where top coat want applied. I’m not happy with the outcome at all. I was too distraught to confront the issue but when I called to talk to someone, I was told it’s my fault for not talking to a manager about it. I’m sorry, If I’m crying and say owe, doesn’t that mean something is wrong? Also I did mention it at the time I got my set done but nothing was said or done. And yes, they made me pay full price. When I called about this, they told me hl no refund and kept cutting me off. I won’t be going back which is a shame because I’ve gone there several times and felt like I finality found my place.

Used to come all the time, took a break and now will NEVER come back.

NOTE: I’m writing this as my pedicure is happening.

I’m not sure if they replaced a bunch of people but my pedicure is awful. 1/4 of the way in I decided to start writing my review because of how bad it was going. Biggest issue for me is I still have a hangnail (I asked about it after the 37 seconds per foot he spent on my cuticles. (I’m not kidding- I timed it). I usually don’t even have to say anything because it would get fixed. My tech said, “yes, yes, after” to cover that he didn’t do anything.

Then with the polish, I asked for gel and he was so careless he had the light machine bump my nails. After the third time, I had to ask him to fix it.

Then he attempted to actually fix my hangnail AFTER he put on the polish!!! I asked him to stop because he would ruin the polish.
Then after the clear coat he filed my toenails. Not a light swipe to fix something, I mean a full on file!!

What the heck is going on??!!

I’m not sure he is licensed-total speculation but would not be surprised if he wasn’t.

Then after all that, he was so behind that my parents have been done for 10 min and I started before them by a few minutes. (Yes I get that a mens pedicures doesn’t take as long)

Overall. it was not worth the cost for myself or the people with me. I don’t know what happened to this place? It used to great, now I’m going to find a new place.
