I am still dealing with the consequences of getting my nails done here. The way my nails were cut and filed prior to getting acrylics led my nails to getting infected and me having to get on antibiotics. I asked for a refund for my acrylics and was treated with disrespect and told no. My previous review was deleted but over a month later and I still have bleeding and extreme pain from the nails that were infected. Attached are photos. I got my nails done on May 16th at 3pm if you would like to check your records before saying I’m lying and deleting my review again.
*Edit* i was never asked once to show proof or I would have done so that day. The manager said there was nothing they could do and accused me of lying. Shame on this business for lying to seem not at fault. My nails were infected because of how they were cut and filled improperly, not because of the acrylic.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! I have been to many nail salons in the area but this place is now my house. They do AMAZING work! Both times I’ve gone I’ve had different technicians but both of them knew exactly what they were doing!

Idk what the lady below talking about because I was just there with her and that’s not what happened. However my experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff was professional and did an amazing job on my nails.

RUDE manager, poor quality. Nail technician did uneven nail dip where the nail bed showed so she tried jel manicure instead. I asked to have my cuticles cut before she began and three times during the manicure. Instead she cut the cuticles after the manicure, which made the nails look like they had been outgrown for weeks already. The manager told me I was picky and had an attitude (apparently because I had asked to open the door to get some fresh air and dared to ask for assistance finding a nail color.) The broken toenail repair did not even last one week. Insanely poor experience.
