Wow! When I tell you how kind these people are, it really is no lie. I originally was upset just because manicures aren’t cheap anymore and I want to get something I love if I am going to pay the money. The owner reached out to me and Pauline texted me individually. Both the owner and Pauline were AMAZING when it came to resolving this. I was in complete shock how amazing they were. They offered to do my nails again free of charge, which was truly amazing. You can certainly tell how much these women care about making customers happy. Pauline did an amazing job and was extremely gentle on my thin nails. She even helped me pick out an even better color than I originally chose. While I was there, I also got a gel pedicure which was great. I will definitely be coming back here! Again Pauline did an outstanding job. (The red manicure is the updated one!)
I got a dip manicure from here and I am so disappointed. I had dip on my nails coming into the appointment, the nail tech soaked my nails for max 30 seconds then drilled/filed off the rest, leaving my nails extremely thin. I’m shocked I even have nails left. Not to mention, the nail tech didn’t even get all of the old dip off. You can totally still see the pink I had prior underneath my new nails. My nails are extremely thick and chunky because they also did 3 layers of the dip (likely trying to cover the pink that wasn’t completely taken off). My nails are also all jagged from poor filing and completely destroyed nails. I am so disappointed and will never be returning back here. I thought I would give it a try after reading through the 50/50 reviews, but listen to the poor ones. This place is not worth $50 for dip with removal considering my prior nails weren’t even fully removed. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend. I wish these pictures did justice to how bad it actually is.
I go to Pauline for my dip sets and they always last 3-4 weeks with no damage. It’s amazing! Pauline has been doing my nails for over 2 years
