1. I told the nail tech several times that lint was getting stuck to my nails during my gel manicure. Lint underneath polish is hideous. She ignored me and kept pushing my hands aggressively under the led lamp. I asked her to please stop doing this several times.
2. Idk if it’s the language barrier but anytime I tried to express how I felt about my nails or the lint, I was interrupted. I was not allowed to speak or finish any of my sentences. I got angry. I asked for someone else to re-do my nails.
3. Person who re-did my nails did not
Leave any lint but she did not do a good job. The polish was bumpy and not smooth at all. There is polish underneath my nail.
4. I was charged 14 dollars (7 dollars each nail) for a basic design. Please see photos for reference.

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I am very pleased with how clean and the appearance is. The owner Lien always accommodates me and my daughter. Kim, Julie and Kelly are all great. Kim knows exactly what I want and she takes her time and always makes sure I am pleased with how my nails come out. I highly recommend this nail salon.

My nails have never looked this good. They’re more expensive – but worth every penny. I had a dipped French and a pedicure. I like my nails short. I’ll have to say Kelly gave me the best dipped French manicure I’ve ever had. My nails look phenomenal.

The team at lovely nails was so great to us! I took my mother, aunt and cousin with me to get our nails done for my upcoming wedding. Lien made sure it was only us in the salon at this time, it was really awesome! She helped me find the perfect color for my big day! They were all so sweet and it went so smoothly!
