I’ve been to the Stoneham, MA location several times and have had a great experience, and I don’t usually select a preference b/c all the associates are professional. This time I was paired with Kayla and she was FANTASTIC. I hadn’t been keeping with waxing in 6+ months, but Kayla kept the light and fun conversation going that I barely noticed when we were done. As I said, all the associates here are great, but Kayla was amazing. Thank you, Kayla!
