Personally I think the place is a rip off. I got my nails done a week and 1 day ago and it already look horrible. I paid $83 for mine they charged me $20 for design and the only design I got were those two little stars which took the lady two minutes each to do. They charge my friend $103 for her purple nails. Both of our nails are really short so I don’t think it should have been that costly. When my friend’s mom found out how much they charged us she went back to the place and asked them questions they told her that they charged me that much for design because the stars took long to do pretty much said the same thing about my friend’s design.
You guys can check the receipt I included in the picture. We live and we learn. Would personally not come back.

Clean? Yes. Organized? Yes. However, I had my nails done and they rushed to put my polish on so that they could go home. I paid over $100 for pedi/mani and the mani did not last past 11pm the same day. They use old polish because when I took a shower it peeled. I got gel nails so that I would not experience my nails peeling, so I took a picture of my nails and sent it to my tech a few minutes after 11pm because she is the reason that I go to that shop. I then went on a 7 day cruise with no polish. Today, I was told that I should have called the salon. I explained that I was on a cruise and the owner still gave me a hard time and said he will give me a discount if I get my nails done. I don’t get my nails done normally so I wanted the amount paid for my nails to be applied to a pedicure. He never even apologized even though I showed him pictures of my nails and he found my visit in his system. I won’t patronize a place that doesn’t value their customers.

I didn’t catch the ladies name who did my nails today, but she killed it! I don’t think I’ve ever had a set of almond shaped nails this perfect and symmetrical before. I was thinking of getting something different but after discussing what would be best for me and what I like, I took her opinion and I’m thankful I did! They are perfect and I’m hoping I can request her the next time I get my nails done here!

I have been coming here for about two years. My nails always come out looking good. I like to keep it simple, but everything always looks neat and tidy without mistakes, usually dip nails with gel top coat and regular polish on pedicure. I have even bumped my pedicure when trying to get my sandals on, and they fix it with no complaints. I have never felt pressured by upsell or to purchase a service I don’t want, of course it is a business so they will offer you different products. If you feel like chatting they will talk with you, or let you relax and read or whatever. They offer you drinks or water. I have never experienced anything that other people posted in their negative reviews. Usually my nails grow out faster than the manicure. Whether it’s a basic pedicure or the more elaborate service they seem happy to do it. I have had several nail technicians, they are all excellent. This is a fun and pleasant experience.

My mom and I have been going to Daiza since they opened. We have always received great service and they treat us like family.
They have lots of options and it’s such a nice clean nail salon with friendly people who do a great job. We also like it because it’s not a chain, it’s owned by a very sweet hard working couple.
The drinks are yummy and my mani/ pedis last quite a long time and always look great!
We sure appreciate how relaxing it is and how great our nails look and how hard they try to make sure we are always well taken care of!
PS- I forgot to mention how great their massage chairs are!!! They are fabulous!!
