I scheduled an appointment and was served immediately. It felt sanitary and work came out exactly how I wanted. I wanted cuticle work too but it wasn’t offered and so I didn’t bother to ask. There was no hand/lotion massage offered either, so minimal spa experience

started liking the place but after i explained to the man that my nails were very thin and wanted to soak them off he decided other wise and took them off with a nail tip and ripped to of my nails off and to be honest thats not ok

I had high hopes because of a referral but the quality must vary between nail techs. I was bleeding where my cuticle’s were cut after speaking up about it hurting. There is polish is left on my skin, and I did not get lotion after. The tech did not seem like they had any interest in being there. I won’t be going back.

Service was great. My manicurist went out of her way to find natural looking shades for me. My pedicurist was pleasant as well. I left unsatisfied because I asked for squoval nails. Only my left thumb turned out squoval. I even pointed to a fingernail that was already in my desired shape and length. Before I could correct her she had already filed it down too short to fix so I just went with it. I wanted a close color match on my toes. Ended up with a metallic pale pink that does nothing for my skin. The technicians were very nice, though. I made an appointment 24 hours out and there was no wait when I came in. I got my toes and fingers done at the pedicure station, but at the traditional nail stations, they have up plastic partitions as a covid precaution. Would definitely come again, just with more attention to detail.

They did such a good job making sure my friend and I had exactly what we wanted! You could tell they were more than willing to redo anything we weren’t 100% happy with. I love love LOVE how my shellac turned out! They’ve also installed dividers for COVID. We’ll definitely be back!
