I went here a few times. Danny is out of the country and I was switched between 3 different people. Not consistent, not a good job.
The wouldn’t paint the tops of my nail nor do the inside of the nails to clean that up. So very disappointing considering how much you get charged

I saw Lily for about a year, and based on my experience recommended her to two friends. Don’t know what happened but she has gone from fantastic to terrible. The last four times she did a horrible job. Uneven and jagged nails, and poor quality texture. Worse yet is the sudden attitude, especially when you ask her to fix her errors. One day she showed up to work 25 minutes late with no apology. And since when are you ordered (yes, ordered) to wash your hands after lotion is applied? My friends had the same experience, we have all taken our business elsewhere.

The salon is nice, upgrades always being made. They do a great job at listening to their customers. Nina is by far my favorite nail tech I would follow her anywhere. I never leave disappointed after having my nails done by her! Always so excited to see her work!

I will highly recommend this family-owned salon. It is a very welcoming, affordable place. I drive about 40 minutes past all of the Conway nail large salons to get my nails done here. It’s been so worth it! Better customer service and enjoyable for me. I give May five stars for being the sweetest!!

This was one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to! I called and made an appointment two days prior asking to be serviced by Nina, but she stated she would be out of the salon for the holiday, and instead recommended another nail tech Joe which I never should have agreed to! Upon arriving the morning of my appointment, Joe was never told of my appointment, and thus I had to be “squeezed” in because he already had another client who was waiting. He rushed through my pedicure, never even adding any bath salts to the water nor checking the temperature of the water because it was COLD upon placing my feet in! He just turned a little bit of warm water on and then started just cleaning my feet, placing my feet back and forth into DIRTY water that now contained scrapings of skin and cuticles cut off and flung into the water. On top of this, He cut my toe when trying to shave off my gel polish with the rotary hand-piece and didn’t even say sorry just laughed it off. They didn’t even have the sponge toe dividers which are pretty standard for pedicures from any salon, but instead just placed a sheet of paper towel in between my toes – how tacky!! He did a very lousy paint job as I asked for three layers since I was getting regular polish and wanted it to last, but apparently he was bothered by this and rushed through painting. Lastly, a young lady had to do my dipping powder nails and while she did an okay job, she never actually performed all the services included with a manicure such as clean my nail cuticles or massage my hands. Overall this was just poor quality service and I will never return.
