Raina did an amazing job at cutting my curly hair! She was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through some ideas I had and the cut came out so nicely with her direction! Best haircut I’ve had and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. 100% will be returning for future haircuts!

My girlfriend went in looking for help with her hair. She was extremely excited to go back to blonde after having 2 other appointments with another hair dresser that moved away. She is currently mostly blonde with a dirty blonde color near the ends of her hair. When arriving she was made fun of for over 15 minutes with a lady named Alisa and one other employee. They told her that her hair was destroyed and that they may as well cut her hair short and restart. This was utter nonsense because her hair looks perfectly healthy and her past hairdresser had her wait months between her appointments in order to let her hair stay healthy and she barely bleached it to get it back to a blonde color without it taking too much damage. Well Alisa was extremely rude and disrespectful making my girlfriend cry which is extremely unprofessional and who do you think you are. As someone who works in customer service myself, I make sure my customer is happy and explain situations in a kind and informative manner, not bullying my customer and making them feel like an idiot. Alisa I hope you improve yourself and the way you treat the customers who come in to pay for your services. The biggest part that sent me and her over the edge is that you expected money for your lack of service. She happily did not give you any money Alisa and if you expect to be payed then expect that your customers would like you to actually be helpful.
I’m very thankful for the manager checking on my girlfriend. The manager saw her in tears and checked on her. So manager thank you very very much! I appreciate you.

I loved that she took the time to understand what my daughter wanted and explained what would work best for her.
