worst nail shop in Tyler in my opinion. First how they treat the customers of color oppose to the white customers is very telling. Went in to get gel polish and Mimi seemed to had did a good job got home and the polish was already coming up due to not being dry. Went in the next day to have my nails fixed because 3 of them did not dry and the polish was gone after my nails were fixed by another nail tech his work was not any better literally the next day the polish came up due to not being dry enough once again. When i went to pay the first time the lady at the desk referred to me as ‘girl’ in a rude manner when i was getting the money out of my wallet to pay. Easily could have been addressed as ma’am or miss. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN.

DON’T GO HERE, WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME 07/07/2024 GOT A PEDI AND A MANI, MY FIRST NAIL BROKE 2 DAYS LATER THEN THE SECOND ALL ALTOGETHER I HAVE 4 BROKEN NAILS IN LESS THAN A WEEK. AND THEN THE LADY THAT DID MY NAILS CUT THE HECK OUT OF MY INDEX AND PINKY FINGER IT’S SO SORE, I’VE BEEN USING ANTIBIOTIC CREAM ON EM. THEN THE PEDI WAS SO FAST WITH A HALF AZZ MASSAGE, I STILL HAVE CUTICLES ON MY BIG TOES THAT NEED TRIMMING, THE LADY JUST PRETTY MUCH CLIPPED, POLISHED, AND PUT A HOT TOWEL ON MY LEGS. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BEEN 80 DOLLARS, MY DEBIT CARD SAID 90 SO THEY TOOK THERE OWN TIP. PLLLLLLLLLLLEASE DON’T GO THERE.

I went the 1st time to get their service, but they were close to closing. I went the 2nd time and got my eyelashes done and eyelash tech did an AWESOME job! My lashes lasted 3 weeks!☝🏽🥰☺️…. A month later I finally got a chance to let them do my nails and I am soooo happy I did! EXCELLENT service from my nail tech! I forgot to get her name. But she sits behind SUNNY to the right of him and she wears glasses 👓 and has a bob haircut! Very friendly and professional! I also enjoyed my spa pedicure as well!!!! I will most definitely be back☝🏽😁‼️

What can I say about Suni Nails? Just that he is awesome!! I went there for the first time last week. I was seated promptly, told him what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations!! So friendly too!! I think I have found my nail place!!!😊

Today I needed a nail polish change and a refill on my feet. This is what Suni himself done and felt it was OK. When I asked him to remove it please he got very angry. He removed the polish and refused to redo and still charged me. He said that it was because I didn’t get a pedicure. He kept burning my cuticles with the drill after I repeatedly ask him to stop and his reply was he had to do that!!!!! I only get pedicures once a month and my feet has never looked like this. This is ridiculous and no one should ever be treated like he treated me today. I went across the street to another nail shop and showed them the pic and they all laughed in aww and disbelieve that he would actually do that and feel like this was OK. They said they get customers all the time coming in from Suni’s crying and all. Well I wasn’t crying but could not believe it. I could do nothing but laugh to keep from going off. Please think twice before you go there and be mistreated. I will be filing a law suit very soon for the mistreatment I recieved from there.
