I have been going to Pure Nail Spa exclusively since they opened! The salon is always *clean*- this is an absolute MUST this day & age. Several nail techs have come & gone, but I am loyal to the salon ( owners Vincent & Tammy) which provides the BEEESSSTT Pedicures 💯. I have read a few reviews complaining, and I can honestly say that I have been there when they have turned away walk-ins or asked them to come back at a certain time- this is an admirable thing to me…. I would rather know when a salon could actually get to me as opposed to waiting an hour to see if they can.
I have the powder done on my nails and gel in my toes and have always been happy 😃 I’ve also taken friends/family as well as had massages ❤️
There are many options for nail salons in Tyler, but this is the safest, cleanest, with the most talented techs in town… hands down! 🙌🏻💯💖💅🏻

My daughter and I got a gel polish manicure here, and it was awesome! Also, has lasted for over a week and a half and still looks nice, no chipping or tip fading, which I absolutely love! It was a relaxing environment, and the nail techs were friendly, helpful, and efficient! Will definitely be back!

Don’t go here! You’ve been warned! Terrible and rude employees! I should have listened to the bad reviews! Make the drive down 2 minutes to posh nail bar. Way better service! The one next to China king! Way better.

The nail technician was rude, he did not use cuticle remover he just clip them and tore the off. He cut on of my toes. On my manicure did not use cuticle removers, cut into finger. Did not do complete manicure. Very disappointed. Tried 3 times to reach management and was always told manager was not working that day. Will not return there.

I honestly don’t know what to say. The pictures online show a beautiful spa like atmosphere. And it’s more like a roach ridden dive bar. Seriously.
I brought my fiancee here for his birthday and we both got pedicures, and they were ok. Not the greatest, just ok.
Then I was to get my nails done after. Didn’t happen. If I had seen the state of the nail area, we wouldn’t have even gotten pedicures here. It was FILTHY. I immediately made an excuse that we had to be somewhere else and were short on time.
I must add that my best friend was there also, and her legs are in one of the pictures. They seated her at a filthy table that had a buffer and nail tips from another client under the chair.
I must mention that I am a Hairstylist by trade, and I’m fully aware of TDLR guidelines, so I have a tendency to be a bit more critical of nail salons because of this.
I understand that nail salons get messy throughout the day, but this level of messy is just unacceptable and obviously not just one day.
Here’s the thing. If they are this messy in one area, can you be certain that they are following the proper sanitation/disinfection guidelines?
I’ll take a pass and not risk it…
